Before we work together

Do you also write code?

Yes, when the engagement calls for it. A CTO commitment primarily covers direction, architecture, team and delivery decisions. Substantial implementation is scoped separately.

Can you work with our existing agency?

Yes. I can review estimates, clarify ownership and scope, review critical work and help the agency and your business work from the same priorities.

Can you take over an AI-built product?

Yes. We start by looking at the actual product and code. The next step may be a few targeted changes, a larger refactor or continued development on the existing foundations.

Are the prices fixed?

Consultations and monthly capacities have a stated price. Project prices are starting points for the described scope; your fixed quote is agreed after scoping.

Do you work on site in Dubai?

In-person sessions can be arranged in Dubai. Remote work is also available. The schedule and any travel costs are agreed in the proposal.
